JG moved swiftly to acquire the property due to the commerciality of the site and contracts were exchanged within 24 hours. Simultaneously, a lease agreement was struck with Barracuda Pubs & Bars Ltd to create a ground and part first floor unit for their Smith & Jones brand.
Former British Sugar Works
Previously used for the processing of sugar beets, this 53 hectare site of derelict buildings and industrial land formed a blot on the Suffolk landscape. This highly sustainable brownfield location is set adjacent to the A14 within 2.5km of the centre of Ipswich.
Former Courage Brewery
This open air shopping centre forms a modern extension to the traditional city centre of Orihuela. The scheme has a mall at ground and basement levels plus a cinema on the first floor. It has a strong line-up of fashion tenants including Bershka, Pull&Bear, Shana and C&A.
