Simultaneously, a lease agreement was struck with Barracuda Pubs & Bars Ltd to create a ground and part first floor unit for their Smith & Jones brand.

This former business site was previously home to NTL/Arquiva Telecommunications. JG worked closely with Leeds City Council to produce an imaginative scheme of new houses and apartments for the property fronting the Leeds Road.

by JG provided 60% more units within the same height.

This prominent site, which includes the former Ocean Hotel, a 1935 Art Deco listed building, had fallen into disrepair. Following extensive planning consultations with the Local Council, JG
completely revitalised the area, retaining the original listed building whilst demolishing several extensions which detracted from its status.

This large brownfield site is a significant part of the South Macclesfield Development Area. Much of the remaining land is owned by Cheshire East Council. The site is currently being promoted by the Council for residential use and the wider development area has the potential for approximately 1,000 dwellings.
