JG purchased two derelict residential houses in the heart of Mayfair and, working with architects Barret Lloyd Davis, applied for planning permission with careful negotiations on Party Wall and Rights to Light. JG achieved planning permission to demolish and build a new, large, lateral low-build residential house.
The house was constructed and the interior was finished to a very high standard and fitted out by Candy & Candy with gym, spa, pool, garden and a large double garage. The House has six ensuite bedrooms plus a self-contained staff apartment.
