This centrally located, vacant site overlooking the River Avon, is set within a conservation area with listed buildings on site. Following a series of stakeholder meetings and 12 months of pre application work, in conjunction with the Local Authority and resident groups, JG was able to ensure the important buildings were retained and integrated within the new scheme.
A harbour side walkway, cycle paths and footbridge were incorporated into the development to improve links to the City Centre. The result was a sustainable development providing wider benefits to the local community.
