This former business site was previously home to NTL/Arquiva Telecommunications. JG worked closely with Leeds City Council to produce an imaginative scheme of new houses and apartments for the property fronting the Leeds Road. JG also handled the contaminated land issues and worked with the Contamination Land Unit at Leeds City Council to facilitate the change of use from employment to residential development. JG embraced the requirement for full consultation with the Planning Authority and other statutory bodies prior to submission of the planning application. This, coupled with only minor objections towards the scheme, enabled a consent to be forthcoming.
