This open air shopping centre forms a modern extension to the traditional city centre of Orihuela. The scheme has a mall at ground and basement levels plus a cinema on the first floor. It has a strong line-up of fashion tenants including Bershka, Pull&Bear, Shana and C&A. There is significant growth potential through further asset management, and new lettings. Since acquisition new lettings have been agreed with H&M, Ribs, Decimas and Druni. This shopping centre has now been sold.
