Station Street

Location: Nottingham City Centre
Scale: 150,000 sq ft of commercial space, 88 apartments, 25,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space

Set on the periphery of Nottingham City Centre, close to the railway station, and enjoying a very prominent and commutable location. The brief from the City Council stressed the importance of the site and its conservation area location. JG was able to create a mixed-used scheme with a predominance of commercial enterprise, created around two landmark buildings.
The result was highly visual and attractive solution that blended contemporary apartments with restaurants, offices and retail units, all grouped around a central plaza with routes to the canal side.
