Sudbury

A site extending to approximately 111 acres of agricultural land situated on the northern boundary of the Sudbury an affluent market town in Suffolk. Approximately half the site is adopted in the Local Plan as part of the Chiltern Woods expansion area. The site is being promoted for mixed use development including up to 1000 dwellings plus employment, care home and retail uses. Interest in the site has been received from M&S, Lidl, Costa and B&Q.
