A site of approximately 16 acres. Formerly the Cussons soap factory the buildings have been demolished leaving a cleared site available for development. Strategically located on the outskirts of Nottingham opposite the park and ride exchange for the tram service to the north of town. The site is being promoted for commercial uses and interest has been received from Lidl and Starbucks in advance of any marketing.
